The New Year brings support and inspiration, together we strive for development and write a new chapter. The General Director of FAW-Volkswagen, Chen Bin, led a team for a visit and research in the group.
At this joyful moment of celebrating the New Year, Chen Bing, the secretary of the party committee and general director of FAW-Volkswagen, Nie Qian, the deputy secretary of the party committee and chairman of the trade union, Wu Yinkai, the deputy general director for commercial affairs, and other leaders visited the Huazhicheng 4S car dealership to express sincere New Year greetings to colleagues who continue to work on the front lines during the holiday period, and to discuss new management measures to guide the direction of marketing efforts in 2025.
At this joyful moment of celebrating the New Year, the secretary of the party committee and the general director of FAW-Volkswagen Chen Bin, the deputy secretary of the party committee and the chairman of the trade union Nie Qiang, the deputy general director for commercial affairs Wu Yinkai, and other leaders visited the Huazhi Cheng 4S store to express sincere New Year greetings to sales and service colleagues who continue to work during the holiday period, and to discuss new management measures to guide the marketing work in 2025.
General Director Chen Bin had an in-depth communication with the chairman of the group Xin Shiwen and the general director of Huazhi Cheng Wu Haibo. General Director Chen first learned in detail about the situation of Huazhi Cheng resuming work after the holidays, as well as the sales figures for new and used cars, highly appreciating the outstanding achievements of Huazhi Cheng as a benchmark dealer. General Director Chen noted that Huazhi Cheng should continue to play a role as an example by extracting and sharing excellent experiences through marketing activities to enhance the capabilities of the entire channel system.
In light of the good long-term relationships between the group and FAW-Volkswagen, Hongqi, Jiefang, and many other brands, as well as the current management issues in interregional activities, General Director Chen, considering the characteristics of the Chinese automotive market, proposed innovative management recommendations. He suggested that the trading company, together with Huacheng Weiye Group, explore a new management model for dealer stores in different regions — a management model with shareholder incentives for key positions aimed at reducing management costs, stimulating employee initiative, and further improving efficiency, jointly creating a "Thick Donglai" in the automotive industry.
During the visit, the first car handover ceremony of the new year from Huazhi Cheng took place. General Director Chen and the leaders of the group Xin and Wu personally congratulated the owner of the Magotan B9 car, Mr. Zhang, and took a group photo for memory. Mr. Zhang highly appreciated the warm attention and outstanding service of the Volkswagen brand products.
General Director Chen emphasized the need to value every customer who comes to the store to look at cars during the holiday period, and to jointly promote the development of the FAW-Volkswagen and Huacheng Weiye brands through warm and attentive service and professional product presentation.Finally, General Director Chen once again emphasized the importance of the market share and sales volume of the Volkswagen brand in the northeastern region. He called on everyone to strengthen their confidence, fight bravely, and, based on maintaining the existing market share advantage, seek ways to expand successes and protect brand advantages.
In the end, General Director Chen and the group leaders took a group photo with the sales consultants of Huazhi Cheng, all together saying: "2025 FAW-Volkswagen, together outstanding!" This slogan is not only a wonderful expectation for the future but also a vivid expression of the spirit of the FAW-Volkswagen brand and team cohesion.
