In the afternoon of October 8, the group company held a mobilization meeting on the topic "The decisive battle for the fourth quarter and the pursuit of annual work goals" using a video conferencing system to further unite ideas and reach consensus, clarify work priorities and business tasks for the fourth quarter, and strive to complete the annual work goals set at the beginning of the year. The meeting was chaired by the deputy general manager of the group company, Li Yingyin, and was attended by the group leadership, heads of functional departments, as well as general managers and deputy general managers of various subsidiaries.
At the meeting, it was decided that during the first three quarters of this year, all levels could resolutely implement the decision-making process and deployment of the group party committee, take the initiative to update the business philosophy, actively introduce innovations in the sales model, and strive to overcome various difficulties. The set goals and tasks have been successfully achieved. Entering the fourth quarter, in accordance with the annual goals and tasks set at the beginning of the year, all levels still need to further improve their mental state, optimize measures and methods, pay close attention to the final implementation, and fight hard until the end of the year.

The meeting noted that all levels should comprehensively, objectively, and calmly assess the current international and domestic economic situation, effectively enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency, actively seize market opportunities, and strengthen confidence and determination to overcome difficulties and achieve the set goals for the year. It is necessary to carry out mobilization, publicity, self-analysis, and self-control of annual business indicators, as well as clarify, refine, break down, and implement work goals for the fourth quarter to form targeted and operational measures that will help increase employee enthusiasm and creativity. We must adhere to the correct direction of enterprise development, integrate and improve the passenger car manufacturing business, and enhance profitability and competitiveness in the market of various branded stores by increasing service satisfaction; parts manufacturing plants continue to do a good job in supporting product processing and subsequent research and development, constantly increasing product sales and expanding market share; the import and export business gradually improves the overseas sales system network, insists on finding markets, and continues to build groups of high-quality customers; the insurance business is doing well in resource accumulation, continuous standardization of maintenance processes, and improving management efficiency; the commercial transport business is doing well in ensuring self-sufficiency, preventing risks and controlling them, and insists on continuous progress and improvement.
At the meeting, it was emphasized that the current group company is entering a decisive stage of three years of restructuring and reform. It is necessary to constantly strengthen the sense of responsibility at all levels, focus on the main task of increasing core profitability, accurately assess market development trends, timely adjust business philosophy and strategies, continuously improve service satisfaction and quality of customer service, effectively prevent various business risks, and strive to achieve annual work goals.
