Etiquette training activities
In order to further enhance the professional literacy and awareness of Huachengweiye Group employees regarding etiquette, as well as to improve the overall image of the company and cultural development, at the request of the chairman of the group, from August to September 2024, the company conducted professional etiquette training for eight 4S stores in Changchun, Chongqing, and Harbin. The goal of this training is to deepen the formation of corporate culture, promote the dual improvement of team cohesion and external image, and give a new impetus to the overall development of the company.
Training content
Professional instructors were invited to the joint etiquette training. The content is comprehensive and practical, covering professional image planning (hairstyle and makeup, tools, shoes and socks, badge accessories, tone and hands), basics of etiquette (smile, steady gaze, nodding as a greeting, bowing, standing, sitting, and squatting), post-etiquette reception (polite speech, etiquette of distancing from guests, etiquette of introducing the venue, greeting hosts, serving dishes for tea, handshake etiquette, communication etiquette, phone etiquette, WeChat communication etiquette, drop-off etiquette), office etiquette norms (knocking etiquette, placement of office items, precautions when communicating with office staff), five gifts for high-quality service (warmly welcoming guests, taking the initiative to greet when meeting guests, gifts in the form of hospitality and friendly feelings, farewell hand waves, gifts for phone and WeChat communication), and much more. Through systematic training and practice, you help employees master the basic principles of business etiquette and improve their service level and ability to receive guests.

Training process
During the training, the etiquette instructor helped employees gain a deep understanding of all aspects of business etiquette in a lively and interesting manner. Considering the basics of business etiquette, the instructors explained in detail the essence of business etiquette, raising awareness of service and its application in modern business situations, so that employees have a more complete understanding of etiquette. During the training, the instructors modeled real scenarios so that employees could experience and practice proper reception and office etiquette firsthand, to better master and use them.

The group company will create teaching materials on etiquette in the form of a textbook and video and distribute them among employees to achieve a learning effect based on past experiences, and at the same time include it in daily tasks for assessment.
